Life events have taught me that there is no time to spend worrying about trivialities. When I look around I see different kinds of people. Those that are stricken with difficulties, that have crosses to bear either physical or mental meaning they just cannot shake things off, let go and enjoy life. Then there are those I see who have all the health and opportunities at their fingertips yet are too scared to jump into the unknown and grab life by the balls. Too scared to change, let go of things that do not serve them. So they stay in unhappy situations or relationships dying inside yet prepared to stay stuck in order not to upset the balance they have created.
There are also people who realise that life is a gift. Who believe we only have one opportunity as whoever we are right now to go for our dreams and make them a reality. Those that are brave enough to face their fears despite adversities and realise they find a seed of great potential and strength from embracing these with courage. Part of my journey has been to relearn self-love and embracing the pleasures of the body. It has become important for me to share this joy through the tools of massage, healing, active meditation and dance.
